I make this for my extended family…. ages ranging from 3 to 68 years! No packet mix required.
Serve it up with cooked rice or your choice of cooked pasta (I use macaroni).
Ideal to be seved on its own as well!
My boys take any leftovers to preschool for lunch the next day, so it can’t taste too bad!

This is such an easy recipe, and amazingly my toddler just loves it even though it is full of spinach. It’s also good for the baby as finger food, so he can sit in the high chair and feed himself. And my husband and I love it too. I usually make two at a time, one for dinner and the other for snacks/lunch/next day dinner.

Kids love finger food, possibly because it is presented differently to a ‘normal’ meal served on a plate and eaten with a knife and fork. These kebabs are quick and easy to make for the parent – and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

A yummy snack – really versatile as you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner… and you can even pack it up and take out as snacks-on-the-go. My kids love patty cakes, so we call these Eggy Cakes and I manage to sneak heaps of veges in without them even knowing.
