After some lots of Googling, I got the Chicco Cortina stroller. It is the best travel system for me because I'm tall. Haha! That's the main reason I'm going with that stroller. I did lots of test driving, too!

She is definitely not too young I had mine toilet trained by her 2nd birthday however she had issues going in a public toilet until very recently she is now nearly 2.5. It made trips out and about a nightmare but I refused to put a nappy on her and I figured she just had to learn to use one. I would however always have a potty in the boot of the car for those emergencys and made her go before we left home and as soon as we got back. I also believe the older they get the more stubborn they become so it's easier to train them early rather than later, but you have to be tough on her.

I did drills to the potty and toilet so whenever she had a accident, we would then practice going to the toilet 5 times in a row. That meant walking to another room, rushing her to the toilet, pulling the pants down, sitting on the toilet, pulling the pants back up and doing it all over again five times in a row. It was exhausting for both me and her, and at first she thought it was fun but soon tired of it, became frustrated and realised what she had to do. I also used bribes, lollies, dolls what ever works for your daughter, for mine she treasured her dolls, so when she had an accident I would take them from her and when she did well I would give them back. It may sound harsh but it worked a treat. Good luck I'm sure she will catch on soon.

It's probably a control thing. I'm sure she does understand, but she just doesn't see the point. And its gets her attention, even if it's driving you mad. Firstly, I wouldn't stress too much about it. AT just 2.5 years old she is still just a baby, and in the great scheme of things what does it matter if she starts going on her own at 2.5 or 3 or 3.5! If she wasn't going on her own by 4 well then I'd start to worry, but she will get there. Why don't you just tell her in a positive way that "it's okay, we'll just put you in nappies and when you want to go to the toilet like a big girl - you just tell mummy". It will give you a break, and it will give her some space to decide that she actually WANTS to do it on her own. And then the attention that she gets will be to surprise and delight you when she does it - and then she will want to keep on doing it. It's just a matter of breaking the cycle sometimes. My little boy was terrible for awhile, I"m absolutely sure he developed a phobia about the toilet and I think I pushed him too hard. I was actually getting angry at him for making a mess all of the time and I think that just made things even harder. She will get there, try not to worry about it too much. Good luck!!

its is very normal for children to go backwards especially after a new baby has come and disrupted the calm and normalcy they knew ..but alos they see that the new baby wear nappies and you do all the work they feel that if they wear nappies then you will be giving them that same type of attention and they dnt feel left out .. i agree with just putting her back in nappies and she will tell you when shes ready shes still young anyway the average age is between 2 1/2 and 4 :) dnt stress just enjoy the time you have with your new addition and focus on involving your little girl with her new sibling and making sure she feels safe and comfortable and she will be right back on the toilet before you know it! relax it will come xox
