Many women choose to have their children in quick succession. Sometimes this is because we are having our children at an older age so we need to; because we want to minimise the disruption to our career; or simply because we want our children to grow up doing things closely together. Whatever the reason, having two children under the age of three can be both a blessing and a curse.
Most people will say that having the second child is both easier AND harder. Having two babies presents unique challenges and this website is all about helping to make your life easier as you navigate the tricky early years. Being a parent can be exhilerating and joyful. It can also be lonely and exhausting. Getting out to visit friends can be difficult when you are juggling two little ones, so this website has been developed as a next best place to visit and share what’s happening in your world. Just like a mothers group, here you can feel free to share what works on a practical level, and to share how you’re feeling today.
We decided to put together 2under3 to pool the collective wisdom of mothers. It’s a place to share what works, what doesn’t work, what’s made you laugh and what is driving you crazy today. No-one else understands like another mother going through the same thing.
