I heard once about this Rule of 10. When it comes to fussy eaters, always make sure that you offer the healthy food at least ten times before giving up on it. And then, make sure you try it with them again around 10 days later. And give them the food they are most likely to fuss over first, and on its own.





This is so true. I have heard of this rule, and it saved me (my son I should say).
